Time to re-up on those resolutions, now that it's more inviting to work out outside. What, you forgot about that promise you made yourself months ago? Yeah, that probably happened. Well don't despair, just make a step towards better health today; start the week off with some proper nutrition, get your sweat on, and take a note of how awesome you feel afterwards! My personal advice? After the weekend, get in the gym and hit it hard. Get after the weights, throw some interval sprints at the end, and eat some good food.
