It's great when the week starts off like this, because it puts you in a good mood to be productive, plan your workouts, get more done with your clients, and just overall have a better outlook for the upcoming days. Do you have anything that you want to get done this week? Write it down today; plenty of people tend to have great aspirations of success on the weekend, but then when it comes down to business, they tend to let things slip to the wayside.
Let's take a look at this week for workouts: I've switched gears from cutting weight to putting more more muscle, so I'm trying my best to limit my workouts to 4 a week; if I get antsy I might try to squeeze in a 5th. This week will most likely follow something like this:
Monday - Back/Biceps/Abs
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Chest/Triceps/Abs
Friday - Shoulders/Arms/Abs
Also because of the need to grow, this week will follow a German Volume Training setup. The GVT training method is set up so that you perform a lift for ten sets of ten reps. This is usually done with a compound lift (one that requires action at multiple joints) The high exposure promotes muscular breakdown, setting you up for muscular development.
