Useful For - Climbing hillsides for surveillance, navigating through brush for camouflage.
Reps - 100 yard sprint
Useful For - Rushing in on enemy compounds
Reps - Build up to 12 repetitions. If you cannot get there, use assisted reps and negatives to help build up your strength.
Useful For - Scaling walls, fences
Reps - 12 to 15/each side
Useful for - Kicking down doors, storming hiding places
Reps - 10 of each (20 total)
Useful For - Upper body strength for control, close quarters encounters.
